Essence Haul
So I was able to do a small Essence haul about a week ago. As you may know I am a mother of two small boys and I'm currently on maternity leave with my youngest. So with that said I like to get the most out of the products I buy and have heard great reviews on the Essence range and for the price I could resist the temptation of grabbing a few items to try out. Here's what i got:
Blush and Powder Brush - RRP $4.95 each from Priceline
These brushes are a great size for traveling or for everyday use. They are quite soft considering the price. Most of my brushes are either Sigma or The Body Shop brand so considering the quality of those brands and these, the Essence brushes are a steal!
Stays No Matter What 24h Waterproof Eyeliner - RRP $2.50 each from Priceline
$2.50 Each!!! These are amazing. I have never been really good at applying eyeliner but I'm in love with this eyeliner. Now I when it says Stays No Matter What it means just that. My eye make up remover was having trouble getting it off, perfect if you planning on wearing make up for a long period of time. I got one in Midnight Black and one in Stunning Brown.
Im a huge fan of neutral looking make up and thought this would be a great addition to my eye shadow collection. You can either apply moist or dry. The pigmentation of these are great. Think of going back to grab a few more.
I'm a mother of small children and need all the concealer I can get my hands of to cover my dark circle under my eyes. It creamy with a matt texture and the coverage it great. Comes with both light and medium beige which can also be mixed together if needed.
24h Hand Protetion Balm - RRP $1.99
This smells amazing!! I got one in apple cinnamon punch. I only had 3 to chose from but this one was the one I liked the most. I have this sitting on my coffee table in the lounge room and everyone that has seen it and smelt it love it. My sister even tried stealing it, until I told her the price and she went straight to the closest Target to get her own.
Over all I'm very happy with my little haul, I would have liked to have got more but my local Target store doesn't stock the whole range or the latest additions :( The only other place I could get more Essence products would have to be off the Priceline website as we no longer have a Priceline where I live and again they don't stock the whole range on their website.
Let me know if you have tried anything from the Essence range and what you thought.
